October is just about here and it kicks off the selling season here in Gold Canyon in a big way! Snow birds return and begin looking for their next winter home! The season generally ends in April and during that time we are all busy out here listing and selling! I anticipate a great season is about to unfold. Prices are stabalized in most areas of Gold Canyon giving it a hopeful bent!
